| One of my main areas of research focuses on workers with "non-standard" employment contracts. These workers' (e.g., part-time workers, independent contractors, "temps", mobile workers) experiences are often different from those of permanent employees, and deserve special attention. My research has investigated non-standard workers' counterproductive workplace behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors, organizational justice, commitment, perceived organizational support, and reasons for pursuing non-standard employment. I also research knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding in organizations, with a specific emphasis on organizational, individual, and interpersonal reasons why workers might be enthusiastic or reluctant to transfer their knowledge to colleagues.
